Laicos lasalianos y sus “actitudes lasalianas”: una tentativa de desarrollo de instrumentos de medición simples
Resumen
Las exigencias y las expectativas de un profesor dispuesto a unirse a la misión lasaliana son hoy similares a aquellas que San Juan Bautista de La Salle dirigió a sus Hermanos hace más de 300 años. Los Hermanos han construido un Instituto global y han forjado su identidad durante los últimos tres siglos. Se trata de una identidad que comporta una fascinación conmovedora en muchas culturas y muchas religiones, en hombres y mujeres que han compartido una relación como colegas de los Hermanos. El compromiso de la misión conjunta no implica para ellos un voto de compromiso total, sino que tiene otras fuentes. El siguiente trabajo intenta describir esas fuentes usando el concepto de actitudes. Para la realización de este proyecto se busca identificar las dimensiones de lo que se considera una actitud y se intenta cualificarlas. Otro objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo de herramientas simples de trabajo para medir estas actitudes con el fin de establecer comparaciones e identificar cambios. Debería ser posible usar estas herramientas de manera simple y conveniente a diversas condiciones locales.
