Recordando el futuro: propuestas sobre el papel de la comunidad en misión a través de la formación de la memoria
Resumen
La teoría lasaliana de la educación consiste en un sistema conjunto de pedagogía, currículum y gestión escolar fundamentado en la espiritualidad y la visión ministerial de San Juan Bautista de La Salle. Así concebido originalmente, este sistema depende de una estructura comunitaria nueva y única que asegura no sólo la formación propia de sus integrantes sino también su estilo y carácter intencionales. Este artículo examina la pregunta siguiente: como nueva generación de educadores lasalianos que, aunque no pueden o no están asociados a través de la estructura comunitaria original, asumen la responsabilidad por su estilo y carácter, ¿qué efectos adversos podrían darse dentro del sistema lasaliano y cómo podrían ser direccionados? Los objetivos de este artículo son: (1) inspeccionar los momentos históricos más importantes en el desarrollo de la espiritualidad y en el ministerio lasaliano relacionados con el tema; (2) calibrar el problema que la pérdida gradual de esta vida de comunidad genera para asegurar la futura autenticidad de la praxis educativa lasaliana; y (3) proponer una aproximación a la formación lasaliana basada en la conexión de las actuales corrientes lasalianas con la memoria colectiva lasaliana, con el fin de preservar el dinamismo de la asociación para la misión que es esencial al carácter del ministerio lasaliano.
